Slow Death by Rubber Duck

According to Lisa Bonos a Washington Post reviewer A Slow Death By a Rubber Duck is a hard hitting story is hard to grasp but makes you believe the future will be safer and you can make more informed choices. Also that the government will put some regulations on the chemicals that are around us.The book shows that these every day chemicals lead to many dieseases.

According to the readers at Goodreads.com they all recommend this book. They say it has a lot of helpful information, and very entertaining. It has harsh evidence but the message that is getting across is very strong. The readers said it was a good way to get informed of the chemicals around us. The book was given an overall 3.8 rating.

After starting to read this book it is surprising how many chemicals are in our everyday lives and most of them being hard to avoid. I just started reading the book but the points the author makes are very vaild and the book is interesting. It makes you wonder what is worth putting these chemicals in your body, is having good smelling shampoo and air fresheners  around your house and maybe get some sort of diesease from it or is it worth to have a fresh smelling house by opening the windows and enviornmentally friendly shampoo and having less chance for a diesease. This story has really started to make me wonder.
