This is about ways to prevent injuries in young people and a girl who tore her ACL playing lacrosse. Somethings you can do is stretch and build muscle strength.
I think this is a kind of credible source, it fits well with my topic of young people preventing injuires because it gives a few ways to prevent them but I feel as if I could find a better one with more options. There is no sources used in the web content. It is also a couple years old.
